Description
A dark brown coloured liquid with a sweet aromatic resinous
aroma typical of vanilla extract.
Specific gravity at 25°C : 1.057 - 1.062
Application
This flavour imparts a full bodied vanilla taste in end products,
however it gives good value for money in terms of unit price.
It is the cheaper version of Vanilla Extract SFF 1016 Nat. NA-WS.
- Ice-cream / desserts : 0.2 - 0.25% w/w of base.
- Cakes : 0.2 - 0.3% w/w of batter weight.
- Biscuits / wafers : 0.2 - 0.3% w/w of dough weight.
- Cream fillings : 0.2% w/w.
- Beverages especially with dairy : 0.1 - 0.2% w/w.

Legal Status
This flavour is compounded from CO2 extracted
Vanilla oleoresin fortified with natural vanillin dissolved in
a solvent system of Propylene Glycol USP and deionised water.
It is free from alcohol and therefore, suitable for Halal and
Kosher declaration and certification.

This flavour is classified as natural flavour for all countries.
Storage
Keep sealed in original container in a cool dark place away
from direct sunlight best kept at 18°C. This flavour improves
with ageing - stable for 2 years.
