Description

Off-white free-flowing crystalline powder with a sweet, creamy taste and aroma of vanilla-milk.

Application

This product makes a quick, easy-to-prepare ice cream mix. Just dissolve the powder mix in the recommended amount of water, then pour into an ice-cream machine.

Fruit pieces, nuts, crushed cookies or marshmallows may be thrown in for variety.

Legal Status

The main ingredients of this product are Sugar, Milk Solids, Partially Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Stabilizers and Emulsifiers, vanilla flavours, salt and anticaking agent. Ingredients are FEMA GRAS.

Directions for use

1. The recommended dilution is 1 part mix + 2.50 parts tap water (by weight)
(e.g. 1 kg mix + 2.50 kg tap water).

• Dissolve the mix in water using a rotary mixer.
• Continue mixing under slow speed for about 20 - 30 minutes.
• Freeze in an ice cream machine.

Shelf Iife And Storage

Best used within 6 months but good for one year. Store in sealed bags, in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
